Geeta Shah practices immigration law in the Chicago office of Ogletree Deakins. She has worked with clients across the country and has extensive experience providing strategic counsel to corporate and individual clients on both employment-based and family-based immigration matters including B-1s/B-2s, H-1Bs, H-1B1s, TNs, E-1s, E-2s, E-3s, K-1, L-1s, O-1s, PERM, EB-1s, P-1s, R-1s, National Interest Waivers, I-130s, and Adjustment of Status. She represents clients across the board, from startups to publicly held multinational corporations, in diverse industries such as semiconductor manufacturing; financial and trading; investment; commodities trading; logistics; veterinary hospitals; technology; healthcare; insurance; commercial oil and gas; and consulting.
