Will counsels and defends employers in a range of employment and business-related matters. A large portion of Will’s practice is devoted to working with employers facing class actions, other complex litigation, and wage and hour claims.

At the same time, Will greatly enjoys the opportunity to assist clients navigate and assess various opportunities, challenges, and potential risks through advice and counseling. Will’s experience extends well beyond wage and hour and includes employment matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and leave-based issues. Given the shift in the labor climate, an increasing amount of Will’s time is spent on traditional labor issues arising under the National Labor Relations Act.

Additionally, Will is well versed in the regulatory landscape surrounding franchise, dealer, app-based, and other independent contractor business relationships. Because of this, Will is often called upon to litigate and advise clients on issues related to misclassification, joint employment, contract, and business relationship laws.

Will graduated cum laude from the Mercer University School of Law and was Editor-in-Chief of the Mercer Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia where he was selected for UGA’s Congressional Agricultural Fellowship.
