He has defended employers in hundreds of complex matters in state and federal courts throughout California. Mitch has a strong track record of defeating class certification across a wide range of claims, including minimum wage, overtime, meal period, rest break, expense reimbursement, wage statement, and final wages, among others.
Mitch also counsels employers on wage and hour compliance, auditing existing practices and drafting employment policies tailored to each business’s operations. His goal is to help clients get ahead of the issues that most often drive class and PAGA exposure, reducing litigation risk while supporting practical, day-to-day business needs.
