Graham is an associate in the San Francisco office of Ogletree Deakins. Graham’s practice focuses on management-side representation in single-plaintiff and collective and class action litigation involving alleged wage and hour violations, misclassification of workers, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, disability accommodations, and other related claims. From pre-litigation through appeal, Graham vigorously fights to protect and achieve his clients’ goals. Graham has successfully litigated cases for a wide range of clients, including universities, hospital systems, staffing and management companies, manufacturing companies, retail, and tech startups.
In addition, Graham advises employers to help them navigate the myriad of challenges with understanding, and complying with, federal, state, and local laws. Graham brings a practical, business oriented approach that enables employers to effectively manage employee issues of any kind.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Graham worked in the employment group of another national law firm. Graham was also a litigation associate in a boutique law firm based in San Francisco, where he defended employers, businesses, lawyers, and other professionals. After law school, Graham served as a post-bar law clerk at the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office.
Graham earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law. During law school, he served as a legal intern in the Litigation Division of the Philadelphia City Solicitor’s Office and the Temple Small Business Development Center. Graham earned his B.S. in Political Science and a Minor in Justice Studies from Arizona State University.
