Francisco J. Lopez

Francisco Lopez is of counsel in the Washington, D.C. office, working on U.S. non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters. Before joining Ogletree Deakins, Francisco practiced employment-based immigration law at a large corporate immigration firm, where he managed a wide variety of non-immigrant matters, immigrant matters, and mergers and acquisitions for the firm’s largest client and its subsidiaries.  During his career, Francisco has provided counsel to Fortune 500 companies, multinational corporations, and small businesses within a variety of industries, and with a focus on the technology industry.  Additionally, he has experience representing clients with family-based immigration matters and clients in removal proceedings.
