Noel’s practice centers on defending and counseling employers in the full spectrum of employment disputes—whether it is responding to demand letters, addressing charges from governmental agencies, or defending litigation in state and federal courts. Her experience covers the full range of employment-related claims under New Jersey and federal law, including discrimination, harassment, reasonable accommodation, whistleblower, retaliation, failure to pay overtime, failure to pay wages, failure to provide leave entitlements, and breach of contract claims. In today’s contentious legal climate, Noel understands the value of preventing employment claims before they reach the courtroom and has trained countless managers and staff on how to prevent and address discrimination, harassment and other workplace issues before they morph into legal claims.

Earlier in her career, Noel had the opportunity to serve as in-house counsel to clients in the highly regulated pharmaceutical industry, advising management and staff on a broad range of risk management issues. This experience helps her better appreciate the perspectives and goals of in-house counsel as they navigate complex employment issues with their outside legal advisors.
