Andy is an associate with in the firm’s Morristown office. Andy’s practice focuses on litigation on behalf of employers against allegations of wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation, discrimination, wage and hour violations, and other employment related issues in court and administrative hearings.
Before joining Ogletree Deakins, Andy was an associate in the litigation department of a prominent firm representing municipal entities and politicians across New Jersey on a variety of employment related claims, civil rights lawsuits and labor matters.
Andy graduated from Rutgers School of Law in Newark where he served as Senior Submissions Editor for the Women’s Rights Law Reporter.
