Andrea M. Sullivan

Andrea represents employers in a wide range of litigation matters, including allegations of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies. She also represents employers in restrictive covenant matters, successfully obtaining temporary restraining orders and injunctive relief for her clients.

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Andrea worked at litigation firms in Boston and Chicago. She has successfully tried and/or arbitrated cases in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Illinois and Utah. Andrea also served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Justice Nathaniel Howse Jr., Illinois Appellate Court, First District (Chicago).

Andrea graduated from DePaul University College of Law (magna cum laude and order of the coif), where she served as an Editor of Articles, Notes, and Comments for the DePaul Law Review.
