Pascale Ernst joined Ogletree Deakins in 2021 as Of Counsel in the area of Social Security and Pensions.

Pascale advises and litigates on behalf of companies and executives, professional sectors and institutional bodies. She advises both public and private companies on social protection law, international mobility, pensions and welfare.

With a dual legal education in France and the United States, Pascale started her career at Price Waterhouse Legal and Tax, then became Head of Legal at Mercer (1997-2007), a consulting firm in the field of compensation, social protection and personal insurance in France and internationally. She then joined Fidal from 2007 to 2014, where she was appointed Associate Director of the Pensions and Benefits Department.

Pascale Ernst is a member of the Retraite et Prévoyance Commission of AvoSial (association des avocats en droit social) and of the International Pension and Benefits Lawyers Association (Ipebla). She is a regular speaker at conferences, training courses and webinars in French and English.

Active in the academic world, Pascale teaches Master 2 courses at Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and Université Paris Dauphine. She has published articles in French and international legal journals. Recommended in the international guide Legal 500 EMEA, Pascale Ernst is listed in Best Lawyers in France in the “Employee Benefits Law” specialty.
