Daniela’s practice focuses on providing strategic solutions and strategies to corporate and individual clients on employment-based immigration matters. Daniela has expertise in various visa categories and immigration processes, including non-immigrant visas such as H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, and Es and immigrant visa processes such as PERM Labor Certifications, Schedule A I-140s, NIWs, I-140s, I-485s, and Consular Processing. Daniela has served as outside immigration counsel to clients from various industries and of differing sizes and has extensive experience in the Healthcare industry. Daniela has partnered with various healthcare organizations in navigating their healthcare worker shortages and in the recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic by leveraging the Schedule A I-140 nurse green card pathway.
