Sara Grace represents employers ranging from all sizes in a variety of employment law matters in both federal and state court. Her experience includes defending employers in the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Charge phase and throughout litigation on matters involving employment discrimination, retaliation, wage-and-hour, and restrictive covenants, as well as collective action lawsuits. Sara Grace works with clients to solve complex employment law questions and provides advice on wide-ranging employment issues.
Sara Grace earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Louisiana State University. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Sara Grace represented corporations and insurance companies in various areas of litigation including professional liability disputes, insurance coverage disputes, employment litigation, contract disputes, and toxic tort litigation. Sara Grace is admitted to practice law in all Louisiana state and federal courts.
