Haseeb is a battle-tested trial attorney and appellate litigator with over a decade of experience representing clients nationwide. A North Carolina native, he graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before earning his J.D. from Fordham Law. Haseeb began his career as a civil practice trial attorney before serving as a Special Assistant United States Attorney, where he specialized in employment, disability, bankruptcy advice, and litigation. He then clerked for the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York.
Throughout his career, Haseeb has represented a multitude of clients, from large corporations to small mom-and-pop shops, individuals, non-profit and public service organizations, and the federal government. He has litigated cases on both sides of the caption. Haseeb has handled over 150 federal appeals, including before the Second, Third, and Fourth Circuit Courts of Appeals, and has first-chaired jury trials, bench trials, and private arbitrations and mediations across the country. Reflecting his passion for litigation, Haseeb has served as an Adjunct Professor of Trial Advocacy since 2015.
Haseeb focuses on employment-related litigation and appeals, handling single-plaintiff, multi-party, and class and collective matters. He is well-versed in employment-related civil rights cases involving Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and EPA claims; wage and hour claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act and related state statutes; and disability matters involving Title III disability access, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, and leave and accommodation disputes. Haseeb also provides extensive advice to clients on legal matters concerning bankruptcy, technology, and ethics.
