Margaret C. Castaneda

Margaret C. Castaneda is a counsel attorney at the firm’s Torrance office. Margaret has a broad range of legal experience and has represented clients in a variety of personal injury matters and business disputes. She has handled all aspects of litigation and case management. She can represent clients in all stages of the litigation process in state and federal court.

Margaret’s work at Ogletree Deakins is focused on employment litigation. She earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Margaret is the chair for the board of directors of Cornucopia Services, a not-for-profit public benefit corporation which currently provides social services to 23 properties with over 10,000 residents in multiple states.
