Cynthia M. Vera

Cynthia Vera focuses her practice on employment litigation and counseling. She has represented clients in New Jersey and New York state courts at trial and appellate levels. Cynthia has experience in representing private and public sector clients with claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing, and wrongful termination, wage and hour, and family and medical leave. She has also counseled clients about COVID-19 policies to minimize risk and comply with other statutes (HIPAA, ADA). She clerked with the Honorable Greta Gooden Brown at the Appellate Division, Superior Court of New Jersey. Cynthia was on Law Review and also served as co-president of the Latin American Law Students Association (LALSA).
