Emily P.W. Santoro

Emily focuses her practice on counseling and representing employers in a variety of labor and employment matters, including litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour issues, wrongful termination, and other related issues brought before state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies.

Following law school, Emily served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard S. Hoffman, New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.

Emily graduated cum laude from Rutgers School of Law in 2014, and was the Associate Managing Editor of the Rutgers Law Journal (n/k/a Rutgers University Law Review). She additionally served as a Teaching Assistant for Legal Analysis Writing & Research classes. Emily received her B.A. from Cornell University, where she was also a member of the varsity women’s gymnastics team.
