Katy provides her clients with practical solutions to complex workplace issues. Her practice consists of representing employers in Employment law litigation and on all matters impacting their employees under federal and state labor and employment laws. Katy also has experience providing guidance on federal OSHA compliance, challenging citations, and litigating OSHA-related matters before federal agencies and courts.
In addition to employment litigation, Katy advises and counsels employers on employment-related matters, including reductions in force, separation agreement drafting, Older Worker Benefits Protection Act compliance, and Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act compliance.
In her free time, Katy can be found exploring the local restaurant offerings and/or training for half-marathons, although typically not simultaneously.
