Matthew D. Craig represents employers in complex labor and employment disputes in U.S. state and federal courts, before administrative agencies, and in arbitration. He defends claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, interference with leave rights, wage and hour issues, and restrictive covenant disputes. A strategic and pragmatic advocate, Matthew also prosecutes actions to enforce noncompetition, nonsolicitation, and confidentiality agreements, and to protect companies’ trade secrets and other sensitive business information. He also reviews, drafts, and updates restrictive covenant agreements tailored to evolving law and clients’ business needs. He leverages his litigation experience to advise on day-to-day workplace matters, partnering with HR and in-house counsel to develop compliant policies, mitigate risk, and resolve sensitive personnel issues.
