Anna K. Potter

In her role as Marketing Counsel, Anna works with the firm’s Client Services team and attorneys to advance the firm’s strategic marketing initiatives, including collaborating with various practice and industry groups to further the firm’s marketing goals and development.

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Anna practiced as an associate at a law firm in New Orleans, where she represented employers, handling all their labor and employment needs—from nascent wage and hour disputes to complex class and collective action litigation. Anna first developed her interest in labor and employment law while working on such cases during her time serving as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Kurt D. Engelhardt at the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Anna graduated from Tulane Law School, where she received her Juris Doctor, a Civil Law Certificate, and multiple awards for her oral advocacy achievements. Anna also holds a Master’s Degree from the Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, as well as two undergraduate degrees from Tulane University.
