Isabella is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office. She works closely with employers across a broad range of industries, providing strategic counsel throughout all phases of litigation, from early case assessment through dispositive motions, discovery, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation. Isabella defends employers in wage and hour class actions and California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) representative actions, as well as single-plaintiff cases involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, and wrongful termination.
Isabella has significant experience managing complex employment litigation, including securing a complete verdict in an arbitration. In addition to her litigation practice, Isabella counsels employers on day-to-day employment issues and workplace policies to help minimize legal risk and achieve practical business objectives.
