Anne-Sophie Cepoi-Demouzon

Anne-Sophie Cepoi-Demouzon joined Ogletree Deakins’ Paris office in January 2023 as Counsel.

She advises companies in all aspects of employment law, both on individual and collective issues. In particular, she has a solid knowledge in the management of harassment’s contexts, pre-litigation files (negotiated departures, post-termination settlement, etc.) and implementation of HR projects (training policy, remuneration etc.).

She has developed a strong expertise in the complex individual and collective litigations.

She also frequently deals with “occupational diseases” and “work-related accidents” cases to assist companies in their relations with the social security authorities or to represent them in the litigation phase.

She has been organizing “HR’s Afterwork” round tables in Bordeaux since October 2021 focused on current HR and labour law issues. She gives frequently lectures at Universities.

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins’employment law team, Anne-Sophie worked for 5 years in the law firm Hogan Lovells and then, for more than 4 years in French law firm Karman Associes, where she was Counsel since 2022.
