Chigoziri has successfully defended employers in a variety of industries, including construction and logistics, healthcare, local government, college, and transportation. She has significant experience representing employers in single-plaintiff harassment; gender, race, and disability discrimination; and reasonable accommodation matters. Chigoziri routinely assists employers with advice and counsel, and conducting workplace investigations.

Chigoziri zealously represents her clients in all phases of litigation in state and federal courts, and before administrative agencies including the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE), the California Civil Rights Division (CRD), and the Equal Opportunity Commission (EEOC). She has secured favorable judgments in the Motion to Dismiss and Summary Judgment phase and has negotiated favorable settlements.

In her free time, Chigoziri enjoys hiking, reading novels, and stand-up comedy.
