Gina Sales-Cengiz

Gina is a shareholder in the San Francisco, California office of Ogletree Deakins. She has been practicing in the field of immigration since 2011.

Gina manages the full nonimmigrant to immigrant business immigration lifecycle for foreign nationals seeking employment authorization, permanent residency, and citizenship in the United States. She has extensive experience in all types of non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications. She has represented a diverse range of corporate clients, including Fortune 500 companies, from a number of industries.

Gina is recognized as a Best Lawyers® Ones to Watch, a Super Lawyers Rising Star, and a Who’s Who in Corporate Immigration. She frequently speaks and presents on a variety of topics at business immigration events. She earned her J.D. from Golden Gate University and her B.A. from the University of California, Davis.
