Jennifer Smiley

Jennifer represents employers in federal and state courts, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings in claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and breach of employment agreements. Jennifer zealously advocates for her clients in the courtroom and with her extensive legal writing experience, including preparing successful dispositive motions in numerous courts.

Prior to private practice, Jennifer served as a term law clerk for the Honorable David B. Fannin in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. As a law clerk, Jennifer gained extensive experience analyzing a variety of cases from initial filing through final judgment.
