Trevor M. Bond

Trevor has represented businesses of varying sizes in pre-suit settlement negotiations and other matters, and in litigation pending in federal and state courts in Kansas and Missouri. Trevor has tried multiple jury trials to a verdict and has been the attorney developing the case strategy from case inception through trial. He has experience with and has obtained favorable results for clients on a variety of motions, including motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, and motions to compel arbitration. Trevor has extensive experience representing businesses in a variety of cases and pre-suit matters alleging employment discrimination, including those brought under federal and state law.

Trevor also has experience in traditional labor matters, including representing employers in labor arbitrations. In his litigation practice, he also has experience defending employers in connection with contract and noncompete issues and has defended employers in lawsuits alleging hiring-related violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Outside of the litigation context, Trevor has also counseled businesses on compliance issues related to accommodations, leave policies, handbooks (including multistate compliance), and termination decisions.

Trevor is a lifelong resident of the Kansas City area. He enjoys spending time staying active (especially outdoors) and lives in the Kansas City area with his wife and two daughters.
