California’s New Workplace Violence Prevention Law: Training FAQs and Best Practices

California Senate Bill 553 requires virtually every California employer to implement a comprehensive workplace violence prevention program, including establishing training, by July 1, 2024. In this webinar, the speakers will focus on training—from compliance and best practices to frequently asked questions (FAQs) related to educating California employees on workplace violence. The speakers also will address the “interactive” requirements and the elements of a compliant training program.
