Sarah represents employers in all stages of litigation in state and federal courts and in proceedings before various administrative agencies. Her practice includes both representation of employers in connection with OSHA enforcement actions and single-plaintiff litigation in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation. Sarah also has hands on trial and oral advocacy experience from her time as a Deputy Public Defender in Maricopa County.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Sarah earned her J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. While in law school, Sarah was an Associate Editor for the Law Journal for Social Justice and won a not-guilty verdict at the Maricopa County Superior Court as a student attorney with the ASU Public Defender Clinic.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys yoga, live music, and finding new podcasts.
