Effective January 1, 2012, the maximum weekly payment for temporary disability and family leave insurance benefits increased from $559 to $572 per week, pursuant to regulations promulgated by the New Jersey Department of Labor (NJDOL). Likewise, the maximum 2012 weekly unemployment benefit increased from $598 to $611, while the maximum weekly benefit for workers’ compensation rose from $792 to $810.
