Emma Edmund is a labor and employment associate in the firm’s Austin office. She represents employers before administrative agencies, state court, and federal court. As a member of the Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group, Emma assists employers in navigating the arbitration process, from drafting arbitration agreements to litigating before an arbitrator. In addition to her employment law practice, Emma also handles traditional labor issues, counseling clients and defending them in front of the National Labor Relations Board.

While there, she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Texas Environmental Law Journal and as Communications Director of the Women’s Law Caucus.
