Danielle J. Kaufman

Danielle Kaufman is an associate attorney in Ogletree Deakins’ San Diego office. Danielle’s practice focuses on defending clients in employment litigation, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and related issues in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration. Danielle handles cases from inception through resolution, offering practical, tailored advice that aligns with each client’s unique goals. She has a proven track record of helping clients navigate complex legal issues and secure favorable outcomes through both negotiation and litigation.

Danielle earned her J.D. in 2018 from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she received a concentration in business and corporate law. In law school, she served as the Managing Editor of the San Diego International Law Journal and was a member of the University of San Diego Moot Court team.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys hiking, cheering on the Padres, and spending time with her husband and their dog.
