Remy Smith received her JD from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law. She served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Anthony M. Pugliese with the Superior Court of New Jersey—Camden Vicinage, and was a DOJ Attorney General Honors Program Honors Attorney Advisor in New Orleans, Louisiana. Prior to joining the firm, Remy was a Trial Attorney with the Department of Labor—Office of the Solicitor, Region VI in Dallas, Texas where she worked on and tried cases involving a variety of labor and employment issues including OSHA, MSHA, ERISA, Whistleblower protections, MSPB, and Wage-Hour.
