Joseph K. Lin

Joseph Lin is an associate at the firm’s San Francisco office.  His practice focuses on representing and counseling employers in all matters related to labor and employment law.

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Joseph worked at a boutique San Francisco law firm where he worked with public sector agencies and local government clients on labor and employment matters ranging from litigation, internal workplace investigations, bargaining and labor negotiations.  Joseph later interned for the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office where he worked with the Labor Team to defend the City and County of San Francisco against various employment related claims.

In his spare time, Joseph enjoys playing basketball, hiking, cooking, and playing chess.
