Anabella is immigration counsel in the Raleigh office of Ogletree Deakins where she advises clients in a variety of industries on nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, PERM labor certification, and compliance matters. Anabella uses her experience of working with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Department of Labor, and the Department of State to obtain work authorization and benefits for clients’ foreign national employees. Given the intricacies of immigration law, Anabella provides clients with strategic counsel to navigate both their short-term and long-term immigration objectives.
