The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has taken steps to move forward with the 2024 EEO-1 Component 1 data collection. Due to a shortened filing period, employers may want to consider starting now to gather the necessary data for filing. In this webinar, the speakers will discuss key topics related to the 2024 EEO-1 reports as this year’s purported deadline approaches. Topics will include whether there will be an option to report on non-binary employees, obligations for federal contractors with 50 to 99 employees, the requirement to provide a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), how to report employees who “regularly report” to client sites, and considerations for reporting remote employees.
