Alina Krauff is a litigation associate in the Ogletree Deakins Las Vegas office. Her practice focuses on employment litigation, representing clients in matters involving workplace discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and related issues. Alina defends employers before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Nevada Equal Rights Commission, and federal and state courts.
Before joining the firm, Alina served as Deputy Attorney General in the Nevada Attorney General’s Office. In that role, she advised state agencies on personnel matters and represented public entities in employment discrimination litigation and administrative proceedings. Alina also engaged in appellate advocacy before the Nevada Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
