Flavio G. Fonseca

Flavio is part of our Litigation team focusing on employment and business disputes. Previously, Flavio worked for both Plaintiff and Defense-side civil litigation firms in San Francisco, gaining valuable experience in all facets of litigation, from inception to close of the matter.

Born and raised in Vallejo, California Flavio graduated cum laude from San Francisco State University, earning a Bachelor degrees in International Relations. During his undergraduate career, Flavio was accepted into the Diplomacy Program abroad at the University of Economics in Prague. After graduating from Golden Gate University School of Law, Flavio prosecuted various trademark and copyright applications with successfully registering his client’s intellectual property. He has written discrimination complaints for the San Francisco Human Rights Commission regarding housing and public accommodations throughout the Bay Area.
