Rebecca’s employment litigation practice includes defending clients in both state and federal courts, advocating for clients before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state agencies, and advising employers regarding their employee handbooks. She frequently handles employment-related disputes such as allegations of employment discrimination, workplace harassment, retaliation, reasonable accommodations, and wrongful termination.
Before embarking on her legal career, Rebecca amassed extensive experience in human resources, serving as an HR Manager for seven years. This background provides her with a unique perspective and deep understanding of workplace dynamics, employer best practices, and necessary compliance, which she leverages to advise clients.
Rebecca earned her B.A. from George Mason University, where she graduated magna cum laude. She later pursued her law degree at Georgetown University Law Center’s esteemed evening program, where she served as a RISE Fellow and the Lead Current Developments Editor of the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal. Rebecca is fluent in French.
