Lauren M. Pritchard

Lauren represents employers in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies, handling a wide range of matters, including allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. She also represents employers in restrictive covenant matters.

Beyond litigation, Laurren provides preventative counseling to clients on various personnel matters, such as employee discipline, workplace investigations, trainings, and policy review and development.

Before joining Ogletree Deakins, Lauren served as a law clerk to the Honorable Andrea K. Johnstone, Magistrate Judge at the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire. She also gained valuable experience at a boutique law firm, where she represented clients in commercial litigation and intellectual property disputes.
