Associate   |   Memphis

*Currently licensed in Mississippi only.

Natalie is an associate in the firm’s Memphis office where she represents employers in a wide range of disputes in federal and state courts, as well as administrative agencies. Her practice includes defending clients in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination issues.

Natalie received her J.D. (cum laude) from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where she served as the vice-president of the Constance Slaughter-Harvey Black Law Students Association, vice-chair of the Trial Advocacy Board, and internal vice-chair of the Negotiation Board. She was also a member of the Dean’s Leadership Council, The Disciplinary Advisory Board, and worked as a student attorney in the Roderick and Solange MacArthur Justice Clinic. Natalie received two Bachelor of Arts degrees (cum laude), one in Political Science and another in Criminal Justice from the University of Alabama.

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Natalie served as a law clerk for the Honorable Sharion Aycock in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi and the Honorable Daniel P. Jordan III in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi. As a law clerk, she gained valuable insight into the litigation process and extensive skills in legal analysis, trial preparation and proceedings, and procedural strategy—experience she now draws on to advocate effectively for her clients.

Natalie also serves as a Mississippi Legal Ambassador for the Mississippi Volunteer Lawyers Project. In this role, she provides pro bono support to low-income Mississippians. Outside of the legal profession, Natalie enjoys working out, traveling, reading, doing DIY projects, and spending time with her family and friends.
