Cayla Witty is counsel in the Las Vegas office of Ogletree Deakins. Cayla represents clients in a variety of areas, including administrative agency actions and litigation surrounding discrimination and retaliation claims, wrongful discharge claims, and accommodation matters. She works with clients to ensure practical and strategic needs are addressed at all levels of conflict, building on her prior experience working in the Nevada appellate courts. She also counsels clients on performance management, conducts investigations and trainings, drafts employee handbooks, personnel policies, and compensation agreements to ensure compliance with state and federal law, drawing on prior experience as a certified Senior HR Professional.
