Oyinade Adebayo counsels clients on employee benefit and executive compensation matters. Her practice includes advising clients on executive compensation arrangements, health and welfare benefit plans, payroll and fringe benefits, and qualified and nonqualified retirement plans. She also advises clients on legal issues arising under the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, the Affordable Care Act, HIPAA, and securities laws.

Oyinade regularly provides support on compensation and employee benefits aspects of corporate transactions and helps employers resolve day-to-day compliance issues. She also negotiates and drafts service provider agreements for health and welfare plans, develops compliance programs and resources for employers, and prepares securities filings for public companies.

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Oyinade was an employee benefits and executive compensation associate at a large international law firm in Washington, DC.

Oyinade is a graduate of Howard University School of Law and during law school served as a staff editor on the Howard Human & Civil Rights Law Review and externed at the Securities Exchange Commission and the World Bank.

Oyinade is admitted in New York and Washington, DC; she is a member of the New York City Bar Association.
