Michael is an experienced litigator with significant trial experience that provides thoughtful and strategic representation to businesses in litigation. Michael works with employers in litigation involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, disability and accommodations, and wage and hour disputes. He has obtained successful outcomes for his clients before federal and state courts, in arbitration, and in administrative proceedings before the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development. He has significant experience in complex and high-stakes litigation involving a broad range of issues.

Michael began his legal career litigating employment disputes in St. Louis, Missouri before moving to Wisconsin, where he spent more than ten years as a litigator with a firm located in suburban Milwaukee. In addition to his legal accomplishments, Michael also serves as Chair of the City of Milwaukee’s Ethics Board.
