Caitlyn B. Doyle

Associate   |   Milwaukee

Caitlyn moves at the speed of business, partnering with employers to address an array of business needs, and build healthy, compliant workplaces.

Caitlyn is also well-versed in retention efforts, understanding that employees are an employer’s greatest investment, and advises on turning employees into an employer’s biggest advocates. She works alongside leadership and Human Resource teams to help navigate complex workforce issues with pragmatic, timely, and business-aligned solutions.

Caitlyn collaborates with employers to strategize solutions to the business’s most pressing employment concerns, including employee misconduct, discipline and termination concerns, leave and accommodation requests, and all other personnel issues. Caitlyn also has significant experience performing internal investigations into high risk or high-level employee misconduct allegations. As part of your team, Caitlyn works hand in hand to provide options that balance the business’s risk tolerance with legal compliance.

When litigation occurs, Caitlyn is ready to advocate for and defend employers before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. As an experienced litigator, Caitlyn has had significant success defending employers at the state and federal level surrounding a variety of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims (age, sex, disability, race, national origin, religion, to name a few), Family and Medical Leave Act complaints, Fair Labor Standard Act allegations, and employment agreement disputes. Yet, she also recognizes when the risks outweigh the rewards and provides thoughtful, cost-effective, business driven resolution strategies.

Outside the office, Caitlyn can be found traveling with her husband, Steven, painting, reading, or enjoying a local sporting game (go Brewers!).
