Ori Lavi is an associate in the San Francisco office of Ogletree Deakins. Ori’s practice focuses on representing employers in both class action and single-plaintiff lawsuits involving claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage-and-hour violations, and other employment-related claims. Ori has also assisted clients in trade secrets matters through all phases of litigation.
In addition, Ori has experience advising employers as they work to comply with federal, state, and local laws.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Ori worked in the employment group of another national litigation firm in the Bay Area handling class action, PAGA, and single-plaintiff lawsuits ranging from litigation, advice and counsel, and internal dispute resolution.
Ori earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. Ori earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego.
