• Defended complaints alleging unlawful discrimination in equal employment offices, state, and federal courts across the country on behalf of employers
• Provided counsel on best practices and policy to a variety of national employers in the manufacturing, entertainment, and hospitality industries
• Led, investigated, and advised on sensitive internal company investigations
• Worked closely with public universities, school districts, and transit authorities to negotiate labor contracts and defend labor arbitration grievances
• Prepared motions, deposed witnesses, managed discovery, prepared witnesses, and examined witnesses at trial in medical and dental malpractice lawsuits
• Investigated numerous whistleblower retaliation complaints brought under the Federal Railroad Safety Act (FRSA) on behalf of the rail carrier before the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Office of Administrative Law Judges, and in federal court
