Lauren C. Davis

Lauren Davis has worked as a business immigration attorney for seven years across a variety of client industries, including financial services, insurance, automotive manufacturing, education, software development, and engineering. In that time, Lauren guided clients to successful outcomes in non-immigrant visa applications, green card processes, and dependent visa applications, while also supporting employers. She has overseen many types of lawful permanent resident application, including those based on PERMs and those on behalf of multinational managers and executives. Lauren also oversaw the preparation and filing of non-immigrant visas, including E-3s, F-1 STEM Extensions, J-1 internships, H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, TPS, and DACA.

Lauren received her Bachelor of Arts in Literature from The University of Houston – Clear Lake, where she was a member of the honor society, and received her juris doctorate from South Texas College of Law – Houston, where she was a member of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity.
