Grace U. Rudatsikira

Grace Rudatsikira is an associate in Ogletree’s Salt Lake City office. After graduating from Old Dominion University, Grace received her Master in Social Work from the University of Michigan. From there, Grace had a full career in behavioral health as a provider and manager. She then received a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law. While in law school, Grace was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team and a Student Attorney for the Federal Appellate Immigration Clinic. She also worked for the U.S. Senate, U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. Prior to joining the firm, Grace was a DOJ Honors Attorney who worked on appellate matters. Grace is part of Ogletree’s ERISA Litigation Practice Group. Her practice is focused on litigation of employee benefits disputes throughout the United States.
