Robert (Bob) Morsilli builds strong partnerships with employers to meet their labor and employment law needs, delivering effective business solutions that help establish and maintain a stable workforce.

Bob is a trusted, responsive advisor who draws on his subject-matter knowledge and experience to provide thoughtful advice and counsel on everyday workplace law issues and on those that arise unexpectedly, whether driven by employee or regulatory concerns. He places paramount importance on proactive workplace policies that align with individual business goals and mitigate legal risk, equipping employers with the tools to achieve successful business outcomes while avoiding compliance pitfalls.

Bob’s extensive experience counseling and representing employers in traditional labor relations has centered on helping employers maintain productive workforce relations in both unionized and union-free workplaces. He has negotiated hundreds of collective bargaining agreements, representing management in the healthcare, higher education, human services, warehousing and logistics, hospitality, and manufacturing industries. He also litigates labor arbitrations and has defended employers before the National Labor Relations Board.

A skilled litigator and passionate advisor, Bob has represented employers in a variety of single-plaintiff and class and collective actions involving workplace and labor matters in federal and state courts and before agencies, including claims of employment discrimination, disability management, wage and hour, reductions in force, and traditional labor relations.
