Katie’s litigation practice centers around defending employers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other employment-related disputes in both state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies. She has represented a broad range of employers in all stages of litigation. Katie values efficiency and transparency in her everyday practice.
In addition to her litigation practice, Katie advises employers on employment practices and policies. She routinely works with clients to develop and update handbooks, manuals, and policies, drafts employment-related agreements, and assists with managing leave of absence and accommodation requests. Katie has also assisted employers with internal investigations stemming from complaints in the workplace.
