Kevin employs a results-oriented approach to litigation and has extensive experience litigating complex commercial and employment matters throughout Washington D.C. and Maryland. He has successfully argued in front of the Appellate Court of Maryland and D.C. Court of Appeals and was recognized by his peers as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” from 2024-2026, and as a Best Lawyers “One to Watch” in 2026.

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Kevin worked at a regional firm where he represented both businesses and individuals in complex civil matters. Kevin received a Bachelor Science in Insurance and Risk Management from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business in 2016, and later graduated from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and served as Editor in Chief of the Journal of Business and Technology Law. Following law school, Kevin served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Sharon V. Burrell in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland.
