Brooke counsels employers on proactive workplace strategies aimed at minimizing legal risk and avoiding costly litigation.

She works with a wide range of clients, including startups and rapidly growing businesses, helping them address daily employment issues and develop long-term compliance goals. Brooke regularly advises on hiring, training, performance management, employee discipline, and policy development, and conducts workplace training on topics such as antidiscrimination, harassment prevention, retaliation, and the FLSA. Brooke represents employers in disputes involving discrimination, harassment, noncompetition agreements, and retaliatory discharge claims. She has defended numerous clients in matters arising under Title VII, the FLSA, and the FMLA, and has guided employers through high-stakes labor matters, including grievance and arbitration proceedings. She also supports clients in matters before the National Labor Relations Board and offers counsel on collective bargaining agreements and union-related issues.
